Mariners Haven, Collingwood

Mariners Haven was developed by William H. Kaufman between 1986 and 1990 and consists of 32 breathtaking, luxurious, executive waterfront semi-detached homes and 2 grand homes on either end. The homes were built on 2 – 320 metre berms installed by the developer on the south shores of Georgian Bay, creating a private marine basin with individual docks for each unit. Condo fees include the use of a tennis court and swimming pool, as well as the maintenance of the roads and marine basin.
