Price’s Subdivision, The Blue Mountains

Price’s Subdivision – Located at the south end of Blue Mountain is an older more established neighbourhood know as Price’s Subdivision. Many of these homes and ski chalets have been here for decades. When the subdivision was created no town sewers were stalled, so all homes here are on septic systems. The location is ideal, all these homes are a short drive or walk to the south base Orchard Express High Speed Six Person Chair Lift.
