Donate to the Holiday Cheer Campaign focusing on buying Christmas presents for the youth living at HOME HORIZON’S Barbara Weider House – a safe, transitional home for youth ages 16-24 facing homelessness in our community. With your support, last year they not only succeeded in providing a little bit of Christmas to the 10-youth living at the home, but they were also able to replenish a full roster of items heavily distributed by the Outreach Program which serves 70 of at-risk youth living in our area quarterly.
