Creemore Springs
The Creemore Springs Brewery is the most established brewery in our area operating in the Village of Creemore since 1987. This craft brewery is inspired by “European brewing” and focuses on fire brewed beer in copper kettles. Creemore Springs Brewery is also able to boast about using our fresh, local spring water taken from the Creemore Spring. This spring flows from the limestone bedrock and is cooled by shaded hardwood forests.
If you would like to take a closer look at this brewery, the retail store is open and tours are offered 7 days per week.

Side Launch Brewery
Perhaps our largest brewery, Side Launch Brewery (named Canadian Brewery of the year in 2016 by Canadian Brewing & Awards Conference), has been up and running in Collingwood since 2014. Side Launch was built around the Brewmaster Michael Hancocks two signature beers…wheat and dark larger, but the name pays tribute to the ship builders who helped to put the town of Collingwood on the map. At this brewery, all beer is unfiltered and never pasteurized.
Tours and retail store are open 7 days a week seasonally and 5 days annually.

The Collingwood Brewery
The Collingwood Brewery has one of largest selections of beers to choose from. Like most craft breweries, Collingwood is focused on producing an all natural and fresh product using classic styles of traditional brewing. Northwinds Brewery
Now with two exciting locations, Northwinds Brewery offers exceptional beer and fabulous food. Thornbury Village Cider House
The Village of Thornbury is also no stranger to the craft beer trend either with its Thornbury Village Cider House, established in 2007. While fresh cider produced with 100% fresh pressed local apples (including the only Red Prince Apple producer in Canada!) may be the mainstay of this business, the Pilsner and Lagers produced onsite are sure to impress the beer drinkers of the family.
