The town of Collingwood may be small, but our restaurant scene is mighty. We have an abundance of fabulous restaurants, focusing on a variety of cuisine, allowing you to indulge in your evolving cravings.

Low Down

Whether you are searching for Insta-worthy cocktails, a funky environment or Asian fusion-inspired treats, they have it all! The Low Down has a fantastic patio set up during the warmer months, with blankets available for cooler winds.  This is always a smart stop for good food and great conversations.

Looking for somewhere to start on the menu? Here are some items you can’t go wrong with!

  • Snack of Choice: The Pork Belly Fries
  • Cocktail of Choice: Rosemary Gin and Tonic

Tremont Cafe

You should treat yourself every once in a while! And if tonight is that night … We highly recommend visiting the Tremont Cafe. Housed in a beautiful building in downtown Collingwood, this restaurant offers local, fresh, and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. With a higher-end menu comes a higher price, but you’re bound to be back because of the exceptional quality in every bite.

Looking for a pro tip while visiting the Tremont Cafe? The Steak and Frites meal is a must. You can’t leave without trying the Coppetta dessert. No matter how full you are, there is always room for it!

Bent Taco

If Justin Bieber loves Bent Taco, we are sure you will too! This hip and contemporary Mexican restaurant offer a selection of tacos, burritos, snacks, and margarita kits each week. They have vegan and vegetarian options too! As this is a popular stop for many, we suggest you order ahead of time to secure a spot!

Menu Tip: The menu changes a little every week, but if the Tot Supreme is on there, order it. No questions asked.

Beaver and Bulldog

If you are looking for a pub to watch a sports game with your pals, Beaver and Bulldog is the spot for you. Filled with friendly staff, great pub food and cold beer, Beaver and Bulldog is a Collingwood staple. It is the place that never disappoints!

Local Tip: If you can visit Beaver and Bulldog on a Tuesday. Their wings are half price and delicious!

New to Collingwood, the Pine offers guests an experience they will want to enjoy again and again. With a menu consisting of hand-picked and farm-fresh ingredients, the Pine provides food and drinks that tell a story about our local landscapes. In addition to their unique eats, The Pine offers an experience with their beautifully curated interior design. Although it may be rude to eat with your phone out, we won’t blame you for acting like a tourist here! You will want to take pictures of everything.

Quick Tip: This is a small restaurant with limited seating, so book ahead of time if you want to secure a seat!

Sol Kitchen

Fast food doesn’t always need to be synonymous with unhealthy. Located on the downtown strip of Collingwood, Sol Kitchen offers casual and cozy seating, as well as quick take-out options. Filled with fresh wraps, incredible salads, hot soups and yummy treats, Sol Kitchen indeed does feed the soul!

Menu Suggestion: You can never go wrong with the Chicken Club Panini with the side soup or salad. Ask to add on avocado for a bite you won’t regret!

What holds the key to our heart? The answer is Later Pizza. Open for pickup or drop-off, Later Pizza provides Brooklyn-style thin crust pizza with fresh ingredients, delicious side dips and wine. You also get to pick up your pizza in a retro phone booth, adding to the unique hipster experience this establishment provides.

Not sure what to get for your first ‘Za? We recommend the classic Meet Chimi! As with fashion, the food Classics never go out of style.

Fig and Feta

If you are looking for a light, fresh and healthy dinner option, Fig and Feta should be high on the list of places to visit. Filled with mouth-watering pitas, salads, platters and small dishes, this Greek restaurant is a must! Feel good about where your food comes from with this family-run business and some of the friendliest staff in town!

Tesoro’s

Established in 2003 and continually voted one of Collingwood’s favourite restaurants, Teseros, of course, had to make it on our list! This quaint Italian restaurant offers traditional and heart-warming food, suitable for any day of the week. Attached to the restaurant is Tesoro Mercato, where you can find some of their popular dishes(frozen), Italian grocery items, sandwiches, desserts, giftware and much more.

While you visit, you must try their fettuccine carbonara. No questions asked.
